Reiki
Reiki is a natural holistic practice that focuses on gently witnessing, realigning, and balancing the body's energetic vibratory system. During a Reiki session, we utilize gentle light-hand touch to observe the recipient's aura, chakras, and meridian channels, and how they interact with and effect the physical, emotional, and mental spaces of the whole body. After holding space for vibrational transformation, and intuiting helpful information, we discuss feedback and together we create an action plan will further assist the client in their daily life. Reiki is a simple, non-invasive healing treatment that works with the recipient's energy to promote health and well being of the entire physical, emotional, and mental body of the recipient. An Intuitive Card & Energy Reading is a wonderful and effective service that assists clients in finding clarity, guidance, and wisdom.
An intuitive reading can help navigate life's little rough spots, can shed much needed light on everyday situations, or assist with some of life's biggest questions. During a session, the recipient's unique vibrational energetic system is witnessed, perceiving, and translated using intuitive methods, Reiki healing, and Divination tools tarot and oracle cards. The information is communicated and an action plan is co-created to assist the client going forward. Sound Healing
Sound Healing is the intentional use of sound to create an environment which becomes a catalyst for healing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being. During our unique Sound Healing Sessions, we combine the healing power of Reiki with a variety of Sound Healing Instruments such as: Drums, Gong, Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Sound Bowls, Chimes, Rattle, Tingshas, Burmese Bell, and more. The sound vibrations of the instruments creates deep relaxation and a state of meditation by altering brain waves from a Beta (waking state, conscious state) to Alpha, Theta & Delta (deep subconscious states). As we navigate and access our deeper subconscious states, our natural vibratory patterns realign and balance. As a result of the Sound Healing frequencies emitted, we reach key mentally, emotionally, and physically healing states. Soul Retrieval
Soul Retrieval is a gentle way to reclaim personal energy and power from trauma and impactful life moments.
We are Whole beings, however when we experience a traumatic event (breakup, loss of a loved one, divorce, serious illness/disease, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, medical procedure, etc.) many times pieces of our Soul feel fragmented from the Whole. Instead of feeling harmonious, we feel out of touch with pieces of ourselves. Occasionally, we disassociate and relocate energy to a "safe zone" to protect the Soul from additional trauma. Often times as a result, we can become aware of a drop in energy and function in a complete and whole manner. This can result in: poor decision making, illness, depression, fatigue, mental disorders, emotional disorders, poor sleeping habits, co-dependency on people or substances, etc. Reiki Soul Retrieval gently allows the recipient to rediscover their misaligned Soul pieces and work to transform these parts to an aligned and healed state. Often times as the energy is returned to the base level, personal power and functionality is restored. Recipients feel empowered to function in a more efficient and balanced manner. Sub-Personality Retrieval
Sub-Personality Retrieval works with the the recipient's energy system to locate old patterns, outdated actions, and misaligned energetic cycles and gently works to learn from them, transform them, and finally integrate their new helpful energy into their central personality. Many of us have old thought forms and behavioral patterns which conflict with our personal growth. These can be thought patterns such as: fear, jealousy, anger, anxiety, etc. These patterns were crucial to us at one time in our lives. However, as time passes, we often outgrow these old patterns and they no longer serve us in a positive manner. They may interfere with our forward growth process and can impede in our daily interactions in an unbalanced way. This energy is still important to us however, and simply need to be transformed to assist us in growing in a positive and forward manner. Quantum Shiatsu Treatment
Quantum Shiatsu acts as a beautiful bridge between the wonderful worlds of massage therapy and energy therapy. This specialized treatment utilizes the wise ways of ancient oriental medicine and combines modern application to restore peace and harmony to the whole body. Quantum Shiatsu works with the meridian lines and sinew, or energetic channels in the body. We witness where the energy is flowing and how the physical body is allowing or restricting that sacred flow. Then, we target specific ancient points in the body that are keys to releasing the restriction, allowing for a full and balanced flow of energy. Cupping is a form of bodywork that utilizes physical tissue manipulation via cupping tool to return harmony to the body and energetic system. During treatment, cups are placed on the skin to create suction. The cups mobilize blood, lymph, and energy flow to promote the healing of a broad range of ailments. Cupping therapy dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures. One of the oldest medical textbooks in the world, the Ebers Papyrus, describes how the ancient Egyptians were using cupping therapy in 1,550 B.C. Cupping is often combine with other treatments, like massage, to enhance results. Prenatal Massage focuses on the mother-to-be as she goes through the many changes of pregnancy: physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our prenatal massage offers mothers a safe space to be heard and witnessed as they shift and prepare their sacred vessels for birth. This is not a replacement for medical care, but rather as an adjunct to aid in the health and rapid recovery of the mother, pre and post-partum. During a prenatal massage, we focus treatment on the holistic concerns of each trimester. After the mother has given birth, treatment assists in gently restoring and healing the body, mind, and soul. Prenatal massage enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental, emotional, and physical fatigue. Prenatal massage may also help reduce excess water retention.
